Bone Coffin at Royal Academy Summer Exhibition

This years anatomical key piece in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, is Coffin “To Die For” by North London artist Olu Shobowale, made from animal bones and mixed media. It definitely stands out from the rest of the exhibits in the show! You can see more of his bone-inspired works on his site.

Using bones to create pieces of art seems to be catching on – it’s rather a curious trend!
